SHIPPING & HANDLING
UK Mainland Postage

It is very important to us that your order arrives in perfect condition. All items will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and boxed, or wrapped in bubblewrap. The goods will then be placed into an outer box and surrounded with polystyrene chips or air bags before being despatched.

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR DELIVERIES
We are closed for business from 21st December until 2nd January each year. Any orders received during that period will be processed on 2nd January and despatched at the beginning of the following week. This will allow us time to bring all the orders up to date. If your order is urgent then please write to this affect in the “Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order” section in the checkout process or, if you wish, send an email to info@di-arty-store.co.uk and we will endeavour to prioritise your order.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE
On orders delivered anywhere outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland, postage is charged at cost charged to us to mail to each country, plus nominal packaging. We will calculate the cost of delivery and email you with the total charge for your order. The order will not be compiled and sent out until we receive the go ahead in writing and full payment for the goods has been completed.

RETURNS
We expect that you will be delighted with your goods, however if for any reason you are not, provided that you return an item within fourteen days, in brand new condition, we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please email for a returns form. We regret that delivery and packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded. When returning items to us please obtain a certificate of posting (available free of charge from the Post Office). Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival, provided that all items are received back by us in the same condition they were sent out. Items that are received by us broken will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival we would like to see photographic evidence if possible to determine if the product is worth returning (no point in returning smashed glass!). We would then ask you to return the item to us or dispose of it and then we will replace it and refund the cost of postage. Please ensure that the items are returned to us in their original packaging with the completed returns form.
